Administration Assistant required for an immediate start for a short-term assignment. 

The role

Based in the suburbs of Newcastle, key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage all incoming calls, directing them accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Manage any mail responsibilities
  • Data entry, filing and archiving
  • Ordering stationary
  • Assist with other Administration duties as requested by other team members
  • Maintain a professional presentation standard at all times
About you
  • It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months Administration or Reception experience within an office environment
  • A polished presentation and articulate communication skills will see you succeed in this role
  • Solid all round administration skills are also essential
  • Strong MS Office skills specially Excel and Word
  • Accurate data entry ability
Please note this is a full time role so you must be able to work from Monday through to Friday, it is for an initial 4 week assignment starting immediately with the potential to extend.
