About the role:
This role will appeal to those who like end to end sales and management with variety. Consisting of a large portfolio with a combination of commercial, industrial and some residential that covers Newcastle and the greater Hunter region.

Skills and Experience:
Previous experience (min 2 years) managing a commercial portfolio.
A proven record of negotiated Sales and Leasing deals (off the plan highly valued).
Demonstrated ability to source clients and build your portfolio.
Professional manner in communication, presentation and personal growth.
Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise appropriate tasks.
A current Real Estate license or Certificate of Registration.
Valid driver’s licence.
