The Opportunity:
To join an independent Content Marketing Agency who are looking to challenge the status quo and deliver the best work in the market for their clients. Drive the CX offering across a number of key accounts and Tier 1 clients, working with content, creative, commercial and communications team to ensure work is delivered to the client's goals and visions.

Location: Sydney

Strategy Director Responsibilities:
  • Developing the CX offering within the agency.
  • Leading some of the agency's top Strategic Tier 1 Accounts, ensuring the alignment of content, creative, commercial, and communications teams with the client's goals.
  • Strategic thinking and approach to identifying market trends to develop strong and effective CX strategies. 
  • Upskill the team on CX and how it can be integrated into the company offering.
Skills Required:
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, recent experience within CX/customer experience in a strategic position.
  • Understanding of digital and content marketing and how CX can be bought within these services.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation abilities, suited to working in a fast-paced, changeable and agile environment, collaborative and drive to roll up sleeves when needed.
