We are in need of a resourceful systems thinker to manage complex programs for this leading Adtech business!

The Opportunity:
Play a critical function at a global company managing cross-program dependencies and driving high level outcomes while overseeing connected projects including client implementations, optimizations, and integrations.

Location: Sydney


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create long-term collaborative partnerships with strategic clients
  • Work seamlessly with multiple internal stakeholders across business and technical functions
  • Develop roadmaps, OKRs, project, and risk mitigation plans working closely with teams to execute them, and ensure quality of service and delivery
  • Liaise closely with Commercial and Go-to-Market teams to develop business plans that resonate deeply with partners, including participation in QBRs and account planning

Skills Required:
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in managing people
  • Have directly managed projects, and indirectly managed other’s delivery through matrix management activity
  • Possesses analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple projects and help define priorities
  • Management consultancy background
