Exciting opportunity for a techncially savvy Account Director to join a smart, collaborative and high performing team!

The Opportunity:   Join an established but lean, collaborative team to play a pivotal role in strategising and delivering on win-win opportunities across the Programmatic Marketplace. Manage the day-to-day relationship and sales operations processes for key strategic accounts. 

Location: Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and leverage relationships to grow business partnerships across both the supply and demand side of the market.
  • Understand the clients' objectives to problem solve and create valuable solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth business delivery.
  • Closely monitor revenue and performance after new client onboarding and provide insights to drive improvements, 
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years experience in the digital/AdTech space - agency, publisher or adtech side will be considered.
  • Experience being client facing and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who is passionate about challenging the status quo
  • Commercial acumen but also someone who is comfortable being hands on the platform.
