Our client is currently seeking a Head of Partnerships & Growth to support their fastest growing arm of their business; their Allied Health programs. This client hand-picks the best disability health clinicians in the country and through their innovative online therapy platform, makes them accessible to NDIS participants, regardless of location. 

This role will involve;
  • Lead cross functional teams to build a compelling Sales, BD & Marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Personally source allied health leads / referrals and oversee the sales
    conversation process from prospect through to clinical assessment &
    service delivery
  • Deliver against personal and team targets including customer acquisition, revenue growth, contract value, utilisation, NPS and retention
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and external agencies to drive digital performance campaigns and key content / brand initiatives
  • Build and lead a close knit Partnerships & Marketing team including hiring, developing and supporting people to achieve their goals
  • Develop pipelines, referral targets, KPIs and other metrics to monitor
    performance, forecast results and drive action to deliver against plans
  • Instill a high performance culture through data-driven meetings, hands on coaching and regular feedback on team and individual performance
The requirements for this role include;
  • 5+ years experience in senior Sales, Business Development or Marketing roles within a fast growing Allied Health and / or disability organisation
  • Record of success in overcoming constraints and consistently exceeding sales targets in ‘scrappy’ and creative ways
  • Excellent communication, presentation and solution selling skills with
    proven ability to close new opportunities and expand existing ones
  • Ability to negotiate and build channel partnerships and larger B2B deals
  • Strong influencing skills internally and externally
  • Strong coaching / mentoring skills and the ability to motivate sales teams
