In 2014, we fundamentally changed the IVF landscape by making high quality fertility services available to couples with almost all costs covered by Medicare, saving patients thousands of dollars compared to other fertility clinics.
We have become Australia’s fastest growing Fertility service, and as such we are now on the lookout for a Clinic Manager to join our team and share our incredible service with the 1 in 6 Australian couples having difficulty conceiving. The Role 
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed leader to join our Group and support the national leadership team in aligning, supporting and raising our business in both profile and results.

As the Clinic Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Patient Services (administration) team and the delivery of high-quality patient centred services. As part of a local leadership team, you will work alongside a Nursing Manager and Laboratory Manager to provide a coordinated and effective response to the needs of our doctors and patients. You will have financial responsibility for the state budget, including staffing levels. 
  
This role requires outstanding leadership skills in liaising, influencing and negotiating with colleagues at multiple levels. You will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage time in a demanding environment. You will also drive a culture of continuous improvement in the efficiency of our service delivery without compromising the quality of service to our patients.
  
Critical to the success of this role will be the ability to:
  • Effectively lead and coordinate administrative staff responsible for the day to day operations of our Clinic
  • Actively manage incoming revenue in a timely and consistent fashion
  • Maintain a high level of customer focus
  • Effectively build and maintain stakeholder relationships with staff, management and clinicians in the practice
  • Manage competing priorities in a complex health care setting
The Person 
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Proven managerial experience in a medical practice or clinic setting
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management - from employee rostering and leave management through to coaching and mentoring, performance management, training and recruitment
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in preparing and reporting on budgets, KPI's and rosters
  • Proven understanding of billing and revenue capture in a health care setting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to make difficult decisions
  • Excellent rapport and client relationship building skills
