We offer comprehensive, state-of-the-art fertility treatments in a confidential, compassionate and caring environment.  If you have a wonderful way with people and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.  Within our Taringa IVF Clinic we have a current vacancy for a Nurse Coordinator responsible for managing the provision of services within the Adora Fertility setting and assist Health Professionals to deliver high quality healthcare and best practice. 
Responsibilities will include: 
  • Conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HPs including;
  • Diagnostic & pathology result collection,
  • Monitoring of drugs & results under the direction of treating HPs,
  • Ensuring compliance as per ART legislation, RTAC, NHMRC & equivalent.
  • Promotes the provision of quality patient care which incorporates fertility management, IVF pre-treatment work up, treatment cycle monitoring, education & counselling of treatment implications as directed by HPs,
  • IVF Organisation and administration.
Suitable candidates should possess the following skills and experience and vaccination/immunisation history:
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • A passion for providing IVF treatment to  all Australians.
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A warm and caring approach.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different situations
  • Proficient computer skills (Baby Sentry or other fertility software)
  • Knowledge of Med Tech system (preferable, training provided)
  • Previous experience in Fertility or reproductive health advantageous.
  • Evidence of vaccination/immunity history to Hepatitis B, MMR, dTpa, VariceIla and screening for TB.
