The Role:
  
Are you a people person that excels with customer service?
Do you love talking over the phone, managing high volumes of emails and have a positive “can do” attitude?
  
As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist clients with telephone and email inquiries regarding pre-employment medical bookings and Logic Health services. You will be managing a high volume of emails and calls per day while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
  
You will use your flair for communication and your genuine desire to help people in this role.  You will have the natural ability to build rapport with clients, exceptional listening skills and previous experience excelling in a customer service role.

This role offers the security of a permanent full-time position, working on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am-8pm.

What You Will Need to Succeed?
  • You will be an enthusiastic, energetic and fun individual.
  • High volumes of phone and email enquiries.
  • High volume of medical bookings.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner and written communication.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and exceptional customer service skills.
  • A collaborative and supportive approach to working with your colleagues
  • Proficient with computer systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • An interest in healthcare and well-being.
  • You must be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 8pm.
