What you’ll be doing:

Building and utilising your expertise as a Business Analyst, you’ll effectively manage and optimise core operational processes and documentation and will provide support to other business units in the company. With your well-developed analytical skills you will be able to evaluate and resolve complex issues, managing and supporting Technology and Change projects using agile.

Initially there will be a significant amount of manual reporting, but this will eventually become automated along with new systems being involved, including user accepted testing; over time this role will become more focused on technology. Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships will be crucial for this role as you will be assisting in workshops and working with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Previous experience with process documentation, training and compliance
  • A background in Business Analysis in the financial services or banking industry
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial
  • Advanced user of Excel (macros, VB lookups)
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with numbers and patterns
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft365, Google for Business and cloud-based applications
  • A self-starter who can hit the ground running and use their initiative
