This role will allow you to work across multiple sites here in the ACT and support a number of technologies across hardware, software and devices. You will be granted access to everything required to perform your duties and help grow your skills and knowledge. You may be doing level 1 work one minute and then the next, be supporting a hardware roll out to then working with VIP's.
This role requires a person who is able to work in a fast paced environment and has outstanding customer support and communication skills. You will be given an opportunity to contribute and add your opinion to the team and are expected to be motivated to push out side of your comfort zone to build your knowledge base.
