Change Manager required for a 3 year project! NV1 clearance or higher required

The Information Management Division (IMD) is seeking the services of an experienced Change Manager to support the change management program within the division. The change manager will help develop and implement change management strategies and associated communications and training plans.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to the implementation of corporate change management within a large and complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and draw on the knowledge and expertise of staff within a business area to develop and implement organisational change management strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to clearly articulate messages and build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Preparation of a change impact and business readiness assessments, and stakeholder mapping and training needs analysis
Desirable Requirements
  • Relevant and current qualifications in change management or other related disciplines
  • Proven experience in creating communication materials such as Intranet content and training material
  • Recent experience with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce
