Montessori Academy are seeking a Part-time Administration Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join the growing Family Care Team.

The Role 

As an Administration Assistant, you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality customer service that is consistent with the service philosophy, procedures and policies, and as per the National Quality Framework. This role would involve travel between our Green Hills and New Castle Campus (coming soon)
  • Part time role with flexibility for more days when required
  • Customer relationship management
  • Answering phone and email inquiries with a high level of professionalism
  • Manage administration records and databases
  • Reconciling petty cash
  • Greeting all families and visitors
  • Liaise with families on administration issues
  • Provide administration support to the business
Essential Criteria 
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
  • First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service and sales skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Complaints handling
  • Database management
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel between Green Hills (Maitland) and NewCastle Campus (coming soon)
