Our client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be versed with working the full lifecycle of projects and putting together GAP analysis and project plans through delivering process improvement.
 
This is a contract-based position, initially for 3 months with a potential view to extent. Ideally, they would like the successful candidate to start immediately.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a track record working within the banking/financial services having experience and exposure towards home loans and product simplification.
  • Develop high-level and detailed requirements for the business outcomes within scope.
  • Ensure there are no undocumented requirements that need to be captured as part of the process improvement procedure.
  • Convert business needs into functional designs and lead business stakeholders towards functional design decision;
  • Ensure business needs are properly modelled, analysed and reflected and any impacts to benefits are captured and agreed;
  • Lead reviews of business requirements and solution designs with relevant stakeholders and leadership to obtain agreement and sign off proposals.
 
To be successful for this role you will require:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in business requirements gathering and facilitation
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite of Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) and financial programs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
