The Role
DXC Oxygen are currently looking for an experienced SAP C/4HANA Consultant or Architect with Service Cloud to join our team in Auckland.  This person will provide Design, Consulting, Configuration, Training and Support to clients using SAP Service Cloud.  Working within a team environment you will be responsible for implementing solutions within defined timelines and budgets as well as playing a role in growing the practice.

  • Support Sales Teams with providing solutions and implementation plans using C/4HANA for Marketing/Sales/Service use cases.
  • Configure and customise the SAP C/4HANA Cloud application based on the customer's requirements and required outcomes.
  • Specify enhancements to the SAP Service Cloud application
  • Write testing plans and test the enhancements and configuration implemented in customer systems.
  • Plan and perform data migration into the new systems
  • Configure environments for use in development, testing and production
  • Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets
  • Write and maintain project documentation
  • Provide end-user and system administrator training in on-site and remote formats
  • Complete certification after receiving training and experience working with SAP C4 applications.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of five years' experience implementing CRM systems including SAP C/4HANA, Service Cloud and ideally Customer Cloud, performing tasks such as requirements analysis, configuration of software, testing, training users and data migration
  • Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service business processes in multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills a key requirement
