Opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a dynamic team for a 3 month contract

Techforce Personnel is a specialist recruitment partner to the Mining, Civil, Drilling and Oil & Gas industries across Australia.  With over 25 years' experience supplying qualified and experienced Trades and Professional personnel, we have an immediate need for a highly skilled H.R. Administrator to work with our client, a global materials processing organisation.

To be considered for this position the ideal candidate will posses:
  • Recruitment Administration or Generalist HR Administration experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and H.R. recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Duties & Responsibilities Include:
  • Completing reference checks
  • Co-ordination of the on-boarding function
  • Collecting licences, tickets/qualifications and validity
  • Booking medicals and requesting police clearances
  • Sending and monitoring company inductions
  • Preparing letters of offers
  • Assist with the recruitment of shutdown personnel
  • Assist with general HR admin including - contract variations, EA meeting agendas, data entry, organizing EA meetings 
  • Ad hoc duties for HR team, including photocopying, scanning, shredding, answering phone and taking messages
  • Other duties as required
