As lead Growth Marketing Manager for a Tech consumer brand, you will be creating and leading digital growth and acquisition strategies across digital channels.
  
Leading and managing the customer acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for demand generation, conversion, and communications. With a heavy focus on brand and customer acquisition, you will be an excellent brand storyteller, but also be data- driven, with data being at the heart of every key decision. You will be strategic, but also enjoy 'hands on' marketing work.
  
Working in the Tech space, you will be an important part of this challenger consumer brand. In this smart, established startup you will be encouraged to bring not just your skills and experience, but your strategic mindset and your opinion. Located in Queenstown- in a stunning office space looking over Lake Wakatipu, means yes you can pop out at lunch for a quick bike ride or trail run, how good is that! Ideally living in Queenstown, for the right candidate remote working could be explored.

What you require
Aside from having the below experience (ideally within a progressive, fast-paced company),  you will be entrepreneurial and show initiative. You will be driven, have great ideas, be adaptable and be able to communicate those well. 
  
• Min 5-10+ years working in the digital, marketing or communications landscape, ideally from a marketing agency, BTC brand (Tech or product) backgrounds.
• Min 3-5+Years creating and managing customer acquisition strategies
• Min 3-5+ years working in data driven marketing strategy
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
