Work for a New Zealand owned retail boutique fashion brand who specialise in bridal couture.

With the support of a great team your role is to be motivated and ambitious to further develop and grow the wholesale business in Australia and New Zealand. 

A custodian of this brand across the wholesale business, you will develop existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand and nurture new business.

Your job is to:
  • Strategically develop and execute a wholesale sales strategy
  • Grow and strengthen existing wholesale retail relationships including assisting with bridal styling, staff training, brand retail messaging.
  • Take ownership of brand communication at the retail level in AUS/NZ
  • Work to hit sales targets in a sustainable way
To be confident in this role,  firstly you need to be motivated and passionate about the brand and fashion/boutique retail industry. Secondly, you will have a great attitude, a positive personality, be trustworthy and have a strong drive to succeed. 
  
You will have:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail wholesale, account management, store management, area management or bridal.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience working in sales for large retail brand or a boutique fashion/bridal brand.
-Ideally you would have had ground level retail experience in your early days.
-Be a strong communicator and influencer and have a hands on approach to growing the business.
-Be passionate about style, design, and fashion in general.
-Be experienced and successful working to sales targets.

Ideally we are looking for someone who knows retail, understands the hands on approach to finding and growing new retail business. Someone who is established in their career, but is looking to take that next step. Someone who loves managing their own time but works well when set targets. 
  
This is an Intermediate to Senior level role. Working flexible hours, you will be required to travel to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Wellington when required. You can be based in Australia or New Zealand, but you will be reporting to the Managing Director in Auckland.
