A well regarded educational organisation under the guidance of new leadership is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a newly created role.  The newly allocated to budget to HR will increase the headcount to three, with this role sitting in the middle of a head of and coordinator.

The scope of the role is broad and essentially covers everything throughout the employee lifecycle.  Specific responsibilities include - 
  • Talent Acquisition - end to end for corporate and academic staff
  • Remuneration - oversee the budget for both individual and EA staff
  • ER - Manage all disciplinary & grievance cases, plus performance management.  Interpretation of EA
  • HR Reporting 
  • Learning & Development - includes professional development
  • WHS - including RTW
  • HR Policy Development
To secure this role you will be a HR generalist with strong ER experience gained over 5 years or more.  Experience of working with EAs / Awards is essential.  Good systems knowledge and excellent stakehoder management skills are also required.
