My client is a large global corporate recognised as a market leader with an expanding presence in recent years.   The HR Department has operated in different models but now runs a sophisticated,  client focused structure.   They have developed a way of working providing a consistent level of service to the internal client base.

In this role you will be a senior member of a centralised HR team that is designed to support all areas of the organisation.  The team as a whole deals with all tiers of queries from both staff and leaders, but this particular role deals with lower volume complex and sensitive ER cases.  That work can be escalated from below or originate from other senior HR team members.  The role does not deal exclusively with ER, it will also advise leaders on HR calendar events such as talent reviews, engagement and performance reviews.  There will also be an opportunity to be involved in broader specialist areas such as global mobility.  

In order to secure this role you will ideally have- 
  • A depth of knowledge / expertise in Employee Relations.  This may be from a pure ER role or a HR Generalist role with a heavy ER component 
  • 6+ years experience in a HR role from any industry sector
  • An inclination towards mentoring junior team members
  • A natural affinity with systems and processes
