Our Client
Our client is a recognised and awarded Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The Role
Our Client is looking to find high-quality full-time Trainer and Assessor for the CPP30316 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations. The position is full-time with an immediate start.
  
Essential Criteria
Trainer and Assessor must meet the following criteria.
  1. Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit and TAEASS502 unit, or a higher-level adult education qualification.
  2. Hold the Certificate III in Cleaning Operations (CPP30316)
  3. Have recent experience, or have maintained industry currency in the relevant sector, i.e. Cleaning Operations and Training and Assessment
  4. Have participated in and have records of activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements
  5. Current drivers license and be willing to travel across Sydney
  6. Demonstrate the ability of extensive experience in a leadership or management role that includes the supervision and management of teams at a site or regional level
  7. Ability to follow the planned schedule to ensure learners progress in a consistent manner
You’ll be a passionate, engaging, experienced Trainer Assessor who has held a similar role in delivering practical and interactive training.  You will pride yourself in providing students with a vibrant learning experience.  You will focus on the student experience and success.  You must possess excellent communication and time management skills with attention to detail. 

Key responsibilities
  • Delivery of training and assessment in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and mark assessments for students
  • Maintain currency of knowledge through professional development
  • Maintain student records as required by the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and all applicable regulatory requirements, particularly NSW Government Smart and Skilled contract.
  • Participate in Validation and Moderation as required
  • Liaise with students as they progress through their studies and keep records of interactions
