Seeking an Administration Officer for a Central Coast Registered Training Organisation

Our client is a unique and well respected not for profit organisation on the Central Coast seeking an Administration Officer for their Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for a 4 week temporary assignment.
They are moving into a busy period and are seeking someone to download assessment tasks, label, file and conduct other administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will be a person who has experience as an administrator in an RTO, has great computer skills, attention to detail and works well in a busy team.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
  • Experience working in administration in an RTO 
  • Experience with student database management 
  • Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Sound organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment    
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills 
Also you will have:
  • A demonstrated understanding of the contemporary issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the impacts these issues have on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, societies and cultures; and 
  • a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
