MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting for a Business Analyst to support the Instore Facilities team in adapting to COVID-19 response strategies.

You will join a collaborative and proactive team to work on exciting projects over a 6 month period with the strong potential of extension.

Your role responsibilities include:
  • Research and source information to support projects to be delivered to stores
  • Analyse information and put findings in a report
  • Analyse costs and make recommendations for a competitive outcome
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, our response management team and the leadership team in Facilities Maintenance
  • Assemble training materials and guides
  • General administrative and project related support tasks
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes: 
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a customer focused industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team towards a common goal
  • Must be efficient, decisive and adaptable to changes
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Professional, polished & friendly manner
