Customer Service/Claims officers needed for a temporary role with Immediate start date | located in the CBD + WFH | Monday-Friday office hours

We are currently looking for 20x switched on and hardworking candidates to join our client in a fast passed Customer Service/Claims Officer roles in Adelaide CBD. 

These roles are to start Monday 13th July for 3 months, but strong possibility to extend for the right person. 

The role overview:
  • Location, you will be required to work from home, and be in the CBD for training.  
  • Working hours, 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm, with NO demand to stay late or work weekends. 
  • Training, You will have in depth structured training for 6 weeks which will be based in the CBD. 
  • Team, working for a Global company you will be working with a collaborative and supportive team.
  • Management, you will learn from the best, working for a motivating and supportive Management team

The role:
  • Taking high volume customer service calls and queries 
  • Processing claims 
  • Using multiple systems/programs for admin tasks 
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Logging all details 
Experience needed:
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Desirably previous claims/insurance experience 
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
