Global gaming company, Inbound customer service speaking to existing customers | Mon-Fri hours 2pm-10pm | Immediate start | Temp-Perm opportunity

Our client, are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join their busy and supportive team in North Ryde. 

The working hours will be Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. 

Your role will be varied, but will include:
  • Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Speaking to existing customers and logging technical queries
  • Providing Quotes on products and services
  • Manage and resolve complaints
  • Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and attributes the ideal candidate will possess include: 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative
  • Strong Microsoft skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload on a daily basis
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
