About the role:

The Knowledge Management (KM) currently sits on an Oracle platform with about 18 knowledge bases that do not share information between themselves. You will therefore be part of the replacement of the entire tech solution, using some of the latest technologies in the market, in order to revolutionise the way this organisation is engaging with its customers!

In this KM project, you will be implementing knowledge management disciplines, tools, and techniques to build a system that will achieve specific goals and objectives.

As such, you will be systematically developing and sharing knowledge
throughout the organisation. This will involve having a framework for knowledge management and embedding that framework into project management processes and methodology in order to implement a new Knowledge Management Solution.

The initial contract will commence as a 9-month engagement, potentially longer. 
  
About you:
  • Knowledge Management systems experience, having implemented it in complex environments
  • Very, very delivery focused.
  • Understands what digital/business transformation requires.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Available to start immediately ideally however there is flexibility.
