Business Analyst - Data Governance


Join a large energy retailer as a Senior Business Analyst and contribute to their Data Governance journey.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst in the Data Governance domain to help our client, a large energy retailer, improve their internal data standards and policies. 

You will join a team of capable Business Analysts with various background and experience but this role will specifically work in the Data Governance team to assist the Project Manager in managing the availability, usability, integrity and security of the data in their system.

Your responsibilities
  • Carry out general BA responsibilities - gathering requirements, current/future state analysis, gap analysis, process mapping, etc. 
  • Work with stakeholders across the organisation to establish a data governance operating model and processes. 
  • Facilitate the team with prioritisation and be the bridge between the data teams and various business units.
Your skills
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, in an enterprise environment working on data-related projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Great communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in both traditional and Agile environment.
