As IT Operations Lead, you will be taking leadership of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure stable operation of company IT assets. This includes supporting and optimising new and existing network hardware, telephone, data centre, security systems and other infrastructure such as security, disaster recovery, etc. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have one direct report and will be ensuring the vendors, such as the Network as a Service Vendor, are meeting their SLAs.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, ensuring they meet their SLAs
  • Experience coaching/mentoring junior engineers
  • Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to put yourself in customers/stakeholders shoes to understand how end users think
  • Experience in cost control, risk management and quality control
  • Some understanding of Cyber Security and Risk
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework
  • Understanding of NIST Framework
