As a Recruitment Consultant for Techspace, you will have the opportunity to connect clients with the professional resourcing and talent solutions they need to achieve their business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing, maintaining and growing sales within existing accounts as well as developing new client company accounts. The Business Development Manager works closely with Executive Recruiters and Business Consultants to provide full service to our clients.

To be successful in this role you will have to:
• Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment
• Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
• Establish new business opportunities whilst also maximising our current accounts
• Effectively network with a wide breadth of existing and new decision makers
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
• Win new exciting accounts
• Identify any areas of improvement with clients, and be the driving force behind implementing them

Skills and Experience required:
• Experience of selling solutions in the professional services industries
• Proven ability to meet objectives and targets
• Business Development experience within recruitment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently
• Experience of successfully developing relationships and rapports with key stakeholders with multiple locations
• A true hunter with a passion and drive for sales and hitting targets
