About the Role:
As a member of our Financial Retail Sales team you will:
  • Build rapport with customers from all walks of life
  • Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business
  • Process secured and unsecured Loans
  • Buy and sell retail goods
  • Value, test and research retail items
  • Open and Close store on rotating roster
  • Complete administration & data entry
  • Foreign Currency Exchange & Money Transfers
We are currently looking for a new full time employee in our Bankstown branch. However, the successful applicant will be expected to be available to travel to nearby branches, including Merrylands and Fairfield (which are accessible by public transport) during periods of leave cover.  

About You:
To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:
  • Face-to-face customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Retail/sales experience
  • Basic mathematical ability
  • Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
  • Be tech savvy
  • Experience with electronics, mobile phones or jewellery retail experience an advantage.
  • Confidence in managing customer expectations
  • Good negotiation skills
Any previous leadership experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
