Tourism Australia (TA) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Producer to join the team based in Sydney.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering leading digital experience projects under the general direction of the Global Product Manager, Digital Marketing and in accordance with Tourism Australia’s overall marketing strategy.
This role has direct accountability for ensuring completion of projects across web/mobile and CRM by managing project timelines, milestones and deliverables across a suite of Tourism Australia's digital products.

You will be responsible for delivering and achieving the following:

  • The development and delivery of multiple digital and mobile projects within an agile environment
  • Manage all aspects of projects, including estimates, budget, timelines, resourcing and project documentation
  • Proactively collaborating with the strategy team on continuous optimisations and new project initiatives that aligns to the business and user objectives
  • Ensure agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders are briefed and managed appropriately
  • Own and manage RFTs/RFQ for digital/technical platforms and agencies. Liaise with finance, procurement and legal team to get the desired outcome.
  • Design/build and send marketing eDM campaigns; creating new workflows where required
  • Provide reports, insights and recommendations for eDM campaigns and ongoing optimisation through A/B testing
  • Execute digital production work such as EDMs, landing pages, CMS updates.
  • Prepare functional requirements in the form of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications with a digital focus
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role
  • Ideally, certifications or hands on experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills to ensure that projects meet the wider business goals
  • Proficiency with project planning and resourcing tools/apps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to work well under pressure
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager
  • HTML and CSS skills
  • Working knowledge of visual design, typography principles and brand architectures
  • Design/build and send of campaigns using tools, such as, the Adobe Campaign eDM platform
