The role

It's an exciting time at Law In Order, we have been established for 20 years and have evolved from providing production support to legal teams and lawyers (from top tier law firms to sole practitioners and everything in between) to providing 12 different service line solutions that support legal teams to succeed, using advancements in technology with a team of experts and specialists. We are growing and have increased headcount globally, which has resulted in an opportunity for us to expand our small close knit team in Melbourne with the addition of an experienced and performance focussed BDM, who wants to be an integral part of our continued success.

Based in the CBD, you will manage your client relationships via email, phone and face to face meetings. With opportunities to present our service offerings and build relationships with legal teams through events and professional presentations.

In addition to maintaining and growing your portfolio of Law Firms, you will need to have a hunter mentality and desire to build new relationships with firms we are not currently working with, but through a consultative, relationship first approach.

Do you have what it takes to be part of our team?

• Do you have a successful track record in a true consultative sales environment?
• Experience in business to business sales, ideally in a professional service, software, media or subscription-based sales?
• Skilled lead generation capability?
• Are you highly autonomous and able to self-manage your activity?
• Love delivering an outstanding client experience?
• Highly self-motivated, passionate with the work ethic to succeed?
• Are you professionally presented, articulate and able to easily develop and maintain strong relationships?

This role requires a high calibre sales professional, on offer is a generous base salary, plus super, and an uncapped commission plan.
