The Role
  • Senior member to a small team of 2 
  • Order management and escalations
  • Raising vendor purchase orders 
  • Manging quotes and invoices
  • Managing the end-end supply chain process 
  • Managing due dates of product deliveries 
  •  Responsible for high end customer service through inbound calls and emails
  • Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to an effective team environment 
  • Senior point of contact for any enquiries 

About You
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant Customer Service experience
  • Must have experience in end-end supply chain processes processing invoices and purchase orders 
  • People leadership skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong team player , able to work in a dynamic environment
