About the Company:

A new opportunity has been identified for an experienced Mandarin- speaking HR Specialist, who specialises in driving and implementing full life- cycle talent acquisition processes.


The Role:

In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring process, with the goal of sourcing, screening, and hiring the best possible team for the business.
  • Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to job offer    
  • Be the face of the organisation’s recruitment process
  • Source, assess, and interview potential candidates in alignment with company hiring strategy
  • Establish and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines
  • Assess company hiring criteria and key performance indexes, and providing recommendations to the HR Director as required to refine practice
  • Coordinate role advertising across all channels, including job boards and social media
  • Monitor and drive company recruitment standards and policy, in alignment with ongoing industry standards and benchmarks
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role in a human resources environment
  • Fluency in speaking Mandarin with excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Proven recruitment and staffing experience, with specific involvement in volume recruitment
  • Possess a flexible mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience and competence in working with human resource information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Advanced literacy in operating Microsoft Office software
