About the Company
The company is an expanding healthcare and personal-care brand, committed to growing locally and internationally. They are currently seeking a Mandarin- speaking Digital Marketing/ Commerce Manager, who will be responsible for driving the company’s digital presence across all channels.
The Role
You will be the first in a growing digital marketing team, and you will be instrumental in building a close- knit team to work under your leadership. As the head of digital marketing and commerce, you will be in charge of driving the company’s digital presence, including social media, digital marketing campaigns and company website.

Some of your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating end-to-end digital campaigns, from conception, implementation, monitoring, and review
  • Assessing the performance of digital marketing activities
  • Utilising the company’s digital presence to drive consumer loyalty
  • Pushing to increase brand influence locally and internationally, through digital channels
  • Developing and managing campaign budgets
  • Planning and maintaining company online platforms, including social media, advertising, and website
  • Coordinating with technical specialists to translate marketing visions into digital content
  • Coordinating the ongoing measurement of digital marketing performance via multiple analytic measures
  • Providing regular reporting on the company’s digital performance
  • Generating ongoing growth strategies for all digital platforms
  • Remaining up to date with industry trends and best practice, and incorporating these into company marketing strategies
  • Conducting preliminary marketing experiments and conversion tests, and reporting on results
About You
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing, or similar
  • Extensive previous experience within digital marketing, with specific experience managing company websites
  • Fluency in speaking Mandarin
  • Previous experience managing successful digital campaigns from start to finish
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital analytic measures, and relevant industry practices
  • Competency in working with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • A strategic and creative mindset
  • Proven knowledge of industry best practice, trends, and future directions
