EVENT

MFA EX Conference MFA EX will highlight ground-breaking media thinking, innovation, people development and best practice in driving marketing effectiveness. Inspiring, educating and celebrating effectiveness, teamwork and Inspirational young talent within the industry. It will provide a platform to share creativity and ideas as well as showcase award winning work in the finalist showcase exhibition.

The MFA believe effective work shouldn’t just be celebrated at the MFA Awards ceremonies – it should be on display for the whole industry to see. In an exciting first, MFA EX will showcase finalists work throughout the full-day thought Leadership event, and in a series of post event roadshows throughout Australia.
 
MFA AWARDS The MFA Awards are the pre-eminent awards program in the advertising media communications industry in Australia! Renewed, reviewed and refocused, the MFA Awards highlight effective work the advertising media communication industry produces. And the value that this work contributes to clients’ businesses.

The MFA Awards have been celebrating the most effective and inspiring media thinking in Australia for the last two decades.


MFA EX CONFERENCE KEY TIMINGS • MFA EX Conference registration: 8.15am • MFA EX Conference begins – 9.00am • Guest morning Tea break – 10.25am • Guest lunch break – 1.05pm • MFA EX Conference concludes – 4.20pm
MFA AWARDS KEY TIMINGS • Guest arrival – 7.00pm • Guests take their seats – 7.30pm

TASKS
We would be looking for the following tasks to be undertaken;
• General assistance to venue staff, production team and events team
• Assistance for conference registration (approx. 1500 guests in attendance)
• Assistance getting people back in their seats after each meal break
• Sponsor installations to be set
• Resetting the room post conference ready for the awards
• Help ushering guests into the awards space at arrival
• Helping guests to their seats for the awards commencement

Volunteer call times will be 7.45am - 1.30pm AND 2.30pm - 8pm
