Business Analyst


Seeking a strong hands-on Business Analyst with proven experience in warehousing & distribution in Supply Chain and Logistics domain.

The role:

  • Undertake requirements gathering, business analysis and process mapping analysis
  • Investigate, analyse and resolve business process issues in order to correct deficiencies, reduce costs and improve processes and performance
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, dealers, regarding availability, location, specification and status
  • Identify business improvement activities that could provide opportunities for future improvement
  • Assists other team members in ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Understanding of how the ERP system relates to warehousing and distribution in a supply chain and logistics business.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or warehousing function
  • Ability to handle large amounts of inputs and data.
  • Experience identifying and mapping ‘As Is’ and creating ‘To Be’ business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to provide clear understanding of requirements
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
  • Continuous improvement approach and willingness to challenge the norm
  • Exposure to Infor Warehouse Management System will be highly well regarded.
