Our client is all about designs, builds and maintaining gardens. They have been creating beautiful outdoor spaces for 25 years. While they have a high-end edge they are a very down to earth business. They employ over 45 talented, passionate (and lovely) people. You would become one of them!

You will need to  thrive in a busy environment and enjoy dealing with clients.  You also get to work in a great team in a beautiful office

The primary purpose of the role is to manage the administration, working closely with the Managers and CEO.

The role:

Your tasks will vary due to the environment but responsibilities will include:
  • Manage client liaison - all enquiries, management of calls, appointments required, special requests
  • General administration tasks and data entry
  • Prepare client proposals and presentations
  • Management of horticulture teams schedules, confirming appointments and managing client requests
  • Liaise with Team members to prepare future jobs
  • Preparing and managing material orders
  • Maintaining up to date databases
  • Office management - ordering supplies, ensuring services are up to date
  • Fleet management

Who we need:
  • Proven experience in administration in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently. Need to be organised and have sound strategies to do so
  • Excellent phone manner - professional
  • Advanced level in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly
  • You must have the right to work in Australia in a full time role
  • Can-do, proactive attitude
  • Someone who enjoys client engagement
  • Track record of stable employment - we are looking for someone to stay and grow in the role.
