Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and supporting 6-8 stores
  • Training and development of Store Managers and Assistant Managers  
  • Develop a succession plan within your group to assist with growth 
  • Monitor store KPI's and assist stores to achieve 
  • Stock control and management including working with the VM to ensure stores have high presentation - right stock at the right store and merchandised in the right place
  • Ensuring stores deliver high service levels
  • Monitor stores cost controls  - roster expenditure, shrinkage and GP margins etc

About you:
  • You are an energetic, inspirational leader with initiative and drive.
  • High level communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships
  • Customer experience is important to you and you instill same in your crew
  • Ability to mentor and coach a team to success
  • Strong business acumen
  • A retail merchant who is able to tune in to your demographic
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Area Manager
