About the role:
- Engage with internal teams, government and external experts to research and develop a program logic model that identifies outcomes
- Design and develop a program monitoring and evaluation plan
- Undertake data collection and analysis processes and tools
- Manage the delivery of monitoring and evaluation outputs
- Communicate and disseminate reporting in clear and engaging formats
- Experience designing and implementing fit-for-purpose monitoring and evaluation plans
- The ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A motivated and collaborative attitude used to achieve high quality results
- Experience with data collection and analysis to fulfil a range of reporting requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, evaluation, behavioural/social science, museum studies, education and/or other relevant fields are desirable
- Familiarity working with and/or in a science centre, museum or other cultural institution
