We are seeking a Supplier Operations Coordinator to work in a leading software, services, devices and solutions company!

  • 12 months contract
  • Possible 6 months extension option

  • $350.00 - $355.00 per day rate

Our client is seeking a Supplier Operations Coordinator to join the Global Supplier Management team and contribute to a seamless partner business execution. 

About the role:
  • Onboarding of new partners (including orientations) 
  • Provide reporting and business insights 
  • Ensure service partners are compliant with processes and policies
  • Research suppliers and partners when needed 
  • Provide support to process including procurement, request for proposals, buy center and supplier management 
  • Create professional communications (newsletters, announcements, PPTs, etc.) 
Ideally, you will have:
  • Relatable experience in a similar/transferable role
  • Ability to work with Excel and build reports (using pivot tables, PowerBI, and SQL queries)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to engage with leadership teams and CxOs in partner organisations 
  • Project and/or program coordination experience is a plus
  • Experience in the Service business is a plus
