You'll work with the SEO team on a wide-range of clients, but also get a major investment in your own learning as well as being collaborating with the wider team. This one's a win-win. A Day in the Life:
  • Enrich client accounts: it's all about success and getting those results.
  • Work with small to medium sized clients almost autonomously. Then help out the senior staff with the larger accounts - this is all part of your progress to managing these big accounts yourself! Guaranteed career development.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues (Account Managers and the Head of Digital) to pump out killer, and carefully tailored SEO strategies. 
  • Implement these strategies with your team (content marketing, technical off-page and on-page and all that jazz). 
  • Work with the latest tools and tech to deliver the best results for your clients (Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, and lots of other bizarrely named platforms). 
  • Degree Qualified in Marketing, Information Technology or similar
  • Perform results analysis, and produce reports that are insightful and super simple to understand. 
Your Checklist:
  • Strong foundational knowledge of SEO (if you're Googling SEO right now it's probably a bad sign). 
  • You're an awesome communicator, and put these super smooth skills into action with clients, colleagues, and management. 
  • You can update websites through a wide range of CMS, and WordPress is your home turf.
  • You can write (or understand) HTML or CSS.
  • You can get your clients covered with the 'basics' with a breeze, and can come up with innovative ideas for specific strategies. 
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are a breeze. 
  • You know your way around Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Having the below would be the icing on the cake (but it's okay, cake is still good without icing): 
  • Jedi-level Excel skills.
  • You've got experience with one or all of: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Trends and Google Ads Keyword Planner
  • You've worked with Conversion Rate Optimisation principles.
