L2 Support Engineer as a first point of contact for an MSP, grow within the business, certs & training plan, close knit team, free coffee

About this position;
You will act in a front line support position providing L1, L2 and taking on some overdraught of L3. On a day to day basis, you will be working across;
  • New user creations for their clients (Active Directory + Office 365)
  • Restoration of files from backups (Veeam Backup and Replication)
  • Set up of new laptops onsite (deploying line of business applications, Office 365 Business, etc)
  • Blocking emails based on content across all of our client's Office 365 tenants to reduce the potential impact of a new phishing campaign (Exchange Online PowerShell).
  • Troubleshooting slow wireless connectivity (Unifi)
  • Troubleshooting issues with a laptop display, and escalated to Dell Support
  • Reconfiguration of calendar permissions across all staff at one of our clients (Exchange Online PowerShell)
About you
You will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role providing L2 support Experience 
  • Previously worked for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
  • Live in Brisbane
  • Full working rights
  • Be customer-centric, you will be customer facing and an advocate for the business.  
  • Worked with the above-mentioned technologies
  • Industry certifications would be ideal.
