We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join this small Business Advisory and Accounting Practice, based in Malvern.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join this Business Advisory and Accounting Practice. Their new office is located in Malvern. As with all Reception roles, you will be the face of this business. Your bright and bubbly personality will provide a warm and friendly environment for staff and clients as they enter the office.
This is a varied role, which will see you getting involved in all areas of the business. From reception duties, accounts assistance to supporting the Accountants. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, where no task asked is too small. Initially this will be a temporary role with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
Responsibilities for this role include, but not limited to:

  • Attend to reception; answer incoming calls, meet and greet clients
  • Document management, filing & scanning
  • Manage annual Company reviews and reminders for clients
  • Reconciliation of firm’s bank accounts in Xero
  • Lodging tax returns and activity statements
  • Preparing tax registrations for ABNs, TFNs and GST
  • Setting up new Companies, Trusts and SMSFs
  • Manage business name registrations and renewals
  • Preparing Fee Proposals and Terms of Engagements
  • Maintain client database; following up on missing client information
  • Assist Director with job capacity planning
  • Maintain office, printing & kitchen supplies
  • Maintain diary appointments for staff, boardroom & meeting rooms
  • Prepare fortnightly newsletters using BOMA
  • Maintain website and manage IT troubleshooting and requirements
