We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated team member (someone who can A.C.E) who can join the team in a office based Sales Support & Customer Service role.
About the Role:
Days and demands will vary, but an example of tasks involved are:
  • Assist customers with solutions and updating them with order statuses
  • Providing support to our sales team in preparing proposals, managing customer interactions, and making appointments etc
  • Answering phones / entering sales orders
  • Ensuring CRM system is kept up to date
  • Work closely with our sales manager in ensuring the sales team is kept motivated
About You:
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP & CRM system is advantageous
  • Awesome phone manners, and a helpful disposition 
  • Solution-oriented approach to problems
  • Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Have good communication, computer & literacy skills
  • Personal pride, be able to challenge the status quo, and have the attitude of continuous improvement
  • Accuracy, honesty, and a positive mindset
