About the Company 

Our client in the Inner West is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their positive, energetic office environment with a supportive team and management beside you.

About the Role

Joining the team you will be working alongside a very supportive and experienced team. This role involves some aspects of day to day property management but focuses more on Business Development. 

Duties including:
  • Open Homes
  • Landlord and Tenant Liaison
  • Signing up new managements 
  • Following up hot, cold and warm leads
  • Arrange and conduct market appraisals
  • Prepare prospecting plans and reporting
  • Independently source new business opportunities.
  • Relationship building and ongoing customer service
Skills and experience 
  • You have a current driver's license
  • You're a highly motivated individual
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You have a current Certificate Of Registration
  • You're a strong team player & a people person
  • You have experience in Property Management or Sales
