About the Company

Our client in the Hills District Area is looking for a Sale Associate to join their positive, energetic office environment with a supportive team and management beside you.

About the Role

Joining the team you will be working alongside a very supportive and experienced team who are now extending their team and eager to develop the skills of a dynamic Sales Associate who will be mentored and trained.

Duties including:

Appraisals
Opening homes
Market research
List & Sell properties
Reporting and analysis
Negotiate Sales transactions
Joining the directors personal team
Creating property marketing materials
Conducting comparative market studies
Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports

Skills and experience

Current NSW Driver License
Results driven, strong work ethic
Current Certificate of Registration
Preferred 6-12 months experience
Must be highly driven, motivated and fearless
Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude
Previous experience as a Lead Generator/Sales Associate
