LeasePlan is one of the world’s leading fleet management and driver mobility companies, with 1.8 million vehicles under management in over 30 countries. Our core business involves managing the entire vehicle life-cycle for our clients, taking care of everything from purchasing, insurance and maintenance to car re-marketing.
You will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team of Account Managers and Customer Fleet Consultants to retain, grow and improve profitability across the State portfolio. This position includes a key focus on increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring that the team can effectively demonstrate value and as a result, exceed customer service delivery commitments and expectations.
We are looking for an energetic and commercially astute people leader who is all about developing customer relationships through highly visible interactions, targeted strategic relationship management and a deep understanding of the customers’ needs.

Your days will be filled with....
  • Modeling inspirational leadership, investing in your team to develop personal capability and performance
  • Customer interaction and positioning value by understanding and meeting the individual needs of each customer
  • Promoting a strong culture of collaborative leadership and communication that lifts employee engagement and performance to improve customer retention, account growth and profitability
  • Driving a customer first sales culture and leading the team to be entrenched with their customers by conducting co-visitations
  • Developing strategies and implementing plans with your team in order to farm new business and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Championing a one team mindset by developing collaborative working relationships with other Customer Relationship Team Managers around the country to ensure that our National Customer Relationship team is aligned
What we are looking for:
  • Energy, enthusiasm, a real focus on people leadership, coaching and customer relationship management
  • Tertiary qualifications in business and commerce-related fields
  • A track record of leading a team of people and demonstrating strong motivational, collaborative and engaging leadership skills
  • Consistently driven to take responsibility for high quality work, show innovation and real gumption when it comes to developing your portfolio
  • Experience in account development and management with a track record of high performance and results
