This position is responsible for finding prospective clients, really understanding their needs and matching them with the benefits of using our services. You will drive negotiation to convert interested prospects into happy and engaged customers by ensuring that their best interests are served.

What will your day look like?

Every day will be different and engaging. You will need to love:
  • Multi-tasking!
  • Prospecting, following up and negotiating with clients. Although we will make the process as pain free as possible with some established contacts and a powerful CRM system.
  • Attending events, conferences, partner events and networking. If you can see yourself flying the LeasePlan flag whilst entertaining clients we would love to talk to you. You really need to love meeting and talking to people you don't know.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to prepare tenders, quotes and analyse customer data. Delivering on our promises is a team effort.
  • Having fun. Life's too short not to.
What we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with heaps of energy who will gel with us all and bring a bit of fun to our team. You will need to:
  • Be driven and dedicated
  • Have an infectious positive attitude and an engaging style, you can talk to anyone at all levels
  • Possibly have a financial background or maybe marketing exposure
  • Have strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • And you will definitely be passionate about sales
