Our core business involves managing the entire vehicle life-cycle for our clients, taking care of everything from purchasing, insurance and maintenance to car re-marketing.

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Position.

As part of our Purchasing Team you will be performing a range of functions dependant on the team you are assisting.

Some of the things your day may be filled with....
  • Generating quotes, coordinating deliveries and filfilling orders
  • Responding to emails and actioning requests
  • Ensure information and documentation provided to and received from suppliers and customers is accurate precise
  • Update SAP activities to allow suppliers, customers and other employees to access up to date information
What we are looking for?
  • You will have possibly worked in a customer service or administrative position in the past
  • You're the ultimate communicator both verbally on the phone and in writing, with great listening and probing skills
  • You're comfortable using Word and Excel
  • You will have the ability to pick things up quickly
